Purpose Statement
Our purpose is to transform the lives of young athletes in underprivileged areas by integrating sports into their educational environment. By introducing sports like flag football, volleyball, soccer, dance, basketball, cheer, and step, we strive to enhance school and community culture, encourage teamwork, and instill valuable life lessons from an early age.

CEO & Founder
RICHARD PORCHE
Coach Porche was born and raised in New Orleans LA. He grew up in an socio-economic disadvantage environment to say the least but sports and God was always his main focus. He was able to play College Football at UMHB winning a conference championship and Howard Payne University where he earned his Bachelors in 2015. Coach Porche also earned his Masters degree in Education Administration in 2023. He now lives in the DFW area with his wife Delilah Porche and four children Bently, Solomon, Malik and Thalia. His favorite quote is "Faith is all theory until we are tested. So is love. People can hear you say it all day but until you show it... it means nothing"!
